About Us

Me and my German Shepherd, Einstein, first got into sniffing games as a way to stimulate Einstein’s developing mind. At first, a wallet and car keys seemed to be the most practical things to hunt for since they would get lost regularly. That was it, we were hooked!!! To take it further, we trained for competition Scentwork and trialed at SDDA (Sporting Detection Dogs Association) events, earning first place in our first trial. Looking to expand and challenge our skills, we joined a Search and Recovery (human remains detection, that’s right, cadaver dog!) volunteer organization. Einstein and I are one of two active handler/dog teams in BC. I am currently training other dog/handler teams with the organization. My passion is Scentwork and building partnerships with our furry loved ones!
